Job Description
Broad Job responsibilities not limited to:
- Lead the technical training team to ensure smooth and flawless implementation of the training modules
- Review current technical training strategy and modify as per field requirement
- Manage the Technical Training Programs for Dr. Fixit, Roff etc for field employees & Applicators
- Increase the training activities for own DFI training centres
- Develop additional training centres at regional level
- Ensure maximum technical training coverage for internal staff and applicators
- Develop training evaluation for the courses conducted
- Provide technical support to field staff wherever required
