Head / VP of Data Engineering & AI (Databricks)

We are seeking a visionary Head / VP of Data Engineering & AI to lead and scale our data capabilities on the Databricks platform. This is a senior leadership role, ideal for an executive with a proven track record in building high-performing data teams, designing enterprise-grade data pipelines, and driving AI and analytics initiatives that create tangible business impact.

You will own the end-to-end data strategy, including the design, development, and optimization of scalable ETL pipelines, robust data models, and analytics-ready datasets that power advanced business intelligence through tools like Power BI.
