Head Waiter

Overview

We are looking for staff for our 2026 season. It´s mandatory:

• At least 2 years experience in fine dining restaurants.
• English (other lenguajes will also be appreciated)
• JUST CANDIDATES WITH REFERENCES
• We offer acommodation near to the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and ensure high quality service at all time
• Double check your team performed opening duties and filled up the stations as per the standards
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Perform set up of the restaurant and organize and fill stations before service
• Greet and possibly welcome the guest
• Explain menu to detail and provide allergies information (if customer request)
• Introduce food when served to guest
• Clean table, replace plates and silverware whenever needed
• Keep friendly atmosphere at all time
