Senia Hotel Group is a growing Greek hospitality group built on people, relationships, and over 20 years of genuine hospitality in Paros. Our philosophy is rooted in respect for our guests, our teams, and the unique destination we serve.
Our flagship property, Senia Hotel Paros, is a boutique five-star hotel in Naoussa, known for its warm atmosphere, authentic Cycladic character, and consistently high service standards. Over the years, Senia has built a strong reputation through meaningful guest experiences and long-lasting connections.
In 2025, the Group expanded with the opening of Aegean Colours Hotel Paros. Alongside our hotels, we also manage a select portfolio of luxury villas and real estate properties, always applying the same people-first approach. With two additional hotel openings planned for 2027, the Group continues to grow thoughtfully and sustainably.
For the 2026 season, we are seeking a Head Waiter who leads with empathy, presence, and clarity—someone who values teamwork, supports people on the floor, and believes that great hospitality starts from within.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in a Head Waiter or senior service role, ideally within upscale hospitality environments.Strong understanding of guest-focused service, table management, and smooth coordination with kitchen and bar teams.Natural leadership style, with the ability to lead through example, empathy, and presence, creating trust within the team.Experience in supporting, guiding, and motivating service staff in a positive and respectful working environment.Ability to remain calm, solution-oriented, and attentive to guests in a fast-paced service setting.High attention to detail, service quality, and overall guest experience.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Professional attitude, flexibility, and a genuine passion for people, teamwork, and hospitality.Παροχές:
