- Design & Optimization
- Knowledge and experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing welding procedures, techniques, and systems to ensure structural integrity and reliability of welded components.
- Process Review & Material Selection
- Ability to review and approve welding processes.
- Expertise in selecting appropriate welding consumables and materials for various applications, including carbon steels, stainless steels, and exotic alloys.
- Standards & Compliance
- Sound knowledge of national and international codes and standards governing welding processes and qualifications, such as ASME and AWS.
- Welding Techniques
- Proficiency in advanced welding techniques, including:
- Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW/TIG)
- Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW/MIG)...
