Responsibilities:

Accountability and duty

  • Understand specialty lubricant manufacturing technology to enhance efficiency and performance KPIs.

  • Coordinate, set up, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production operations.

  • Ensure process discipline and monitor production processes for optimal output and efficiency.

  • Analyze and improve productivity of production resources continuously.

  • Optimize resource utilization through effective production organization.

  • Ensure effective documentation and reporting of production activities.

  • Achieve operational excellence by implementing and sustaining quality management systems such as: ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), OSHA 18001 (Occupational Health & Safety), Lean Sigma, 5S, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) ...
