Position Overview – Header Combo A Welder

We are seeking an experienced Header Combo A Welder for a DIRECT HIRE opportunity in Catoosa. This position includes a $500 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 60 days). The Header Combo A Welder role requires advanced TIG and Stick welding skills, blueprint interpretation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Weld metal parts using MIG, Stick, or a combination of arc welding processes

• Fabricate and repair headers and header subassemblies

• Read and interpret drawings, weld symbols, and weld procedures

• Remove metal using carbon arc gouging and/or plasma gouging

• Position parts using overhead cranes or jib cranes

• Use tape measures and perform basic math calculations

• Maintain high-quality standards and follow all safety procedures

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Header Combo A Welder or similar high-skill welder

• Ability to pass all required weld tests

• Strong understanding of welding symbols and fabrication standards

• Ability to safely operate cranes and fabrication equipment

• Must be dependable, safety-focused, and quality-driven

Shift Options

• Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

• Weekend 1st Shift: Friday–Saturday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Weekend 2nd Shift: Friday–Saturday, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
