Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Headmistress who will be responsible to travel across the region to visit the Franchisee branches, audit them and train the teachers

Openings in Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Indore, Lucknow, Patna, Guwahati, Gurugram, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Delhi

Location: Work From home with Travelling 20 days in a month

Salary- 4-8 Lakhs per annum

Working Days: 6 days Working (Monday-Saturday)

Qualifications

• Experience in curriculum development and implementing educational programs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of pedagogical approaches and best practices
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in educational administration or school management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Master's degree in Education or a related field is preferred
