Job Title: Headquarters IT Support Lead Job Location: Camp Humphries, South Korea
Job Responsibilities
Trace Systems is seeking a Headquarters IT Support Lead to join our team in Camp Humphries, South Korea. The Headquarters IT Support Lead will manage and oversee the daily operations of the helpdesk, client and IMO support for USFK J6. The project associated with this position is currently in the proposal stage.
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Provide IT support services for CFC/USFK/UNC assigned personnel utilizing US Networks and Mission Partner Environments.
+ Provide IMO services required to support the assigned CFC/UNC/USFK Staff personnel including military (US, ROK, and UNC), civilian (DoD and KGS) and supporting contractors for day-to-day operations.
+ Manage user accounts and devices and troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for CFC/UNC/USFK IT systems.
