We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Headteacher to lead a specialist SEMH school in Salisbury. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving high standards of teaching and learning, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring the best outcomes for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and vision for the school.

  • Ensure high-quality teaching and learning across all areas.

  • Oversee safeguarding, behaviour management, and SEND provision.

  • Manage staff development and performance.

  • Work closely with governors, parents, and external agencies to support student progress.
