Health And Safety Coordinator

Con-Tech General Contractors located in Saskatoon is currently looking for an independent, self-motivated, efficient individual to join our team in the position of Health & Safety Coordinator. Reporting to the HS Manager, the HS Coordinator position is responsible for ensuring company management and workers comply with OH&S Regulations, our HS Management System, and client safety guidelines.

This position is responsible for providing safety leadership guidance, ensuring crews are following safety programs, and fostering a safety-conscious culture. He/she promotes the continuous health and safety improvements, the assurance of regulatory compliance and the engraining of safe work behaviors as part of day-to-day thinking.
