Job Description

Safety Data Stewardship: Manage and validate statistical data using software. You will track workplace inspections, risk reporting, and incident data to ensure 100% accuracy and completion.

Documentation & Training: Create, update, and maintain Health & Safety manuals and training materials. You will be responsible for leading Safety Talks for office-based and remote personnel.

Audit Support: Assist the Health & Safety Manager with national risk management and lead participation in provincial COR (Certificate of Recognition) audits.

Subcontractor Oversight: Act as a validator to ensure that external service partners are consistently submitting required safety documentation as mandated by provincial regulations.

Special Projects: Support the Human Resources team on various health, safety, and wellness initiatives as the business continues to grow across Canada.

Advantages
Salary: $55k – $60k depending on experience.
