The opportunity
Reporting to the Director, Safety Operations, the Health and Safety Manager leads a multidisciplinary team delivering VicGrid's safety and wellbeing strategy across the Victoria–New South Wales Interconnector West (VNI West) project. This role ensures VicGrid's health and safety interests are embedded across all stages of the project lifecycle and represented throughout a multi-billion-dollar transmission program.
As a senior and influential leader, you will build and maintain strong relationships across project delivery teams, executive leadership, regulators and industry partners. You will represent VicGrid in key forums and working groups, championing a culture of high-performing health and safety and reinforcing VicGrid's role as an active, credible and collaborative client.
