We are looking for a Health Care Aide to join our Home Living team to provide professional support services in the homes of clients of all ages and stages of life. The Health Care Aide provides personal care and support to clients in a community setting. Work is assigned according to an established plan of care, in collaboration with the client, family and members of the multidisciplinary team.
