Responsibilities

• Engage and interact with potential clients in hospital booths and other onsite locations.
• Educate customers on healthcare plans, coverage benefits, and enrollment procedures.
• Convert leads into sales by identifying customer needs and providing suitable healthcare plan options.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support to build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve overall business goals.
• Represent Kwik Care professionally in all onsite activities and promotions.
