Health Information Manager

About the Role

Health Information Systems Manager will be responsible to analyze regional needs and identify the best fit EMR solutions for the clinics. He/she will also be responsible to understand user and client needs, work closely with the local and medical team to translate the needs in user stories and ensure the needs are communicated clearly to the development team to enhance the HIS/EMR in-line with industry best practices. This role serves as a bridge between clinical workflows and technical solutions, ensuring data security and regulatory compliance. Provide expert oversight in EMR/HIS implementation for new sites and also support technical and support teams in maintaining/supporting existing sites. The Health Information Systems Manager is also expected to build good relationships with other team members in Medical Services Business Line.
