Salary Range $90,652 – $107,929

Purpose

  • Co-ordinate and instruct Health & Safety onboarding and programs.
  • Manage Public Works WSIB claims and non-occupational absences.
  • Coordinate Attendance Management Program duties for PWES.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

  • Assess and develop training programs; instruct employees in operating procedures and safe work practices, ensuring employees meet mandatory training requirements.
  • Conduct and/or coordinate training programs for employees, e.g. CPR, first aid, chainsaw, line clearing, trenching, traffic control, propane handling, wastewater, etc.
