Danone MENA is looking for a talented Healthcare Nutrition Solutions Manager like you!

In the context of Specialized Nutrition MENA, you will be responsible to drive and contribute to SN brand market share in the assigned area, build productive scientific-based HCP relationships, taking responsibility for HCP satisfaction and loyalty by meeting their health care nutrition needs.

Key responsibilities:

1- Drive Healthcare Nutrition (HN) business performance in the assigned area by ensuring strong execution of brand, medical, and commercial strategies to grow SN market share across private and tender channels.

2- Build and maintain high‑quality, scientific HCP relationships through impactful medical detailing, scientific engagement, and continuous education to ensure credibility, advocacy, and loyalty toward Danone SN brands.

3- Lead and develop the Medical Field Team by setting clear KPIs, coaching on scientific excellence & execution standards, monitoring performance, and ensuring high compliance with the Code and internal policies.

4- Identify market insights and opportunities by continuously analyzing HCP feedback, competitor activities, patient needs, and local dynamics, translating them into actionable plans that support sustainable, profitable growth.

About You

To be successful in the role you should ideally have:

Experience And Education:

  • Education: in Medical, Pharmacist or science.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience including at Least 2 years in a Managerial role.
  • Experience in Nutrition field is a plus.
  • Consistent and sustainable high performance
