Designation: Team Leader- RCM
Office Location: Sun Westbank
Position description:
- A Team Leader is expected to set the example for the team in carrying out below responsibilities and any additional duties as assigned.
- The ability to understand, support and demonstrate confidence in leading the team in accomplishing its mission and objectives is vital.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure client’s SLA is met including service delivery, timely report and quality control
- Create reports to update the company on team’s progress
- Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they are being provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed
- Listen to team members' feedback
- Ensure effective communication with the client on project & the issue faced by the client is resolved
- Should lead by example
- Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
Required work experience
- Industry: BPO- Full Cycle RCM
- Role: Team Handling, coaching and mentoring, query resolution, work allocation, People Management, Reporting and presentation Skills, Client Communication
Key Performance Indicators:
Required Competencies:
- Reasonably good English communication skill & logical reasoning skills are required.
- Typing skill with accuracy & good email etiquettes.
- Proven experience working as a Client Servicing Executive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership & mentoring skills.
- Able to juggle multiple responsibilities at one time.
- Extremely high level of attention to detail.
- Strong Analytical background.
- Strong knowledge of Health care vertical in RCM space.
- Keen eye for process quality improvement
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Required Knowledge:
- Very good English communication skill & logical reasoning skills are required.
- Typing skill with accuracy & good email etiquettes
Required Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel,
- Typing Skill ( Maximum WPM with excellent accuracy)
