Responsibilities

  • Process and review insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify policy details and ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
  • Investigate claim information, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely claim processing.
  • Provide excellent customer service while handling inquiries or escalations.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in BPO Insurance or Claims processing (Healthcare or Car Insurance preferred).
  • High School Graduate (old curriculum) or higher educational attainment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and documentation abilities.
  • Amenable to shifting schedules and dynamic work environments.
