Responsibilities
- Process and review insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
- Verify policy details and ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
- Investigate claim information, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely claim processing.
- Provide excellent customer service while handling inquiries or escalations.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in BPO Insurance or Claims processing (Healthcare or Car Insurance preferred).
- High School Graduate (old curriculum) or higher educational attainment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
- Amenable to shifting schedules and dynamic work environments.
