**About the role**
As a **Senior Product Manager – Salesforce & Healthcare Solutions** , you will make an impact by defining, developing, and communicating innovative solution offerings for Cognizant TriZetto’s healthcare product portfolio. You will be a valued member of the Product Management organization, partnering closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and customers to ensure solution viability, drive product adoption, and deliver measurable customer value. This role emphasizes automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies to address real-world healthcare challenges.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Own and manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from strategic planning through execution, launch, and ongoing optimization.
+ Collaborate with executive leadership to align product vision and strategy with business objectives and market trends.
+ Define and evolve product roadmaps that incorporate emerging technologies and support long‑term growth goals.
+ Identify, evaluate, and apply AI, machine learning, and automation to solve complex customer and operational challenges.
+ Develop business cases, financial models, and success metrics to support product and service investments.
+ Establish customer personas and market profiles through research, analytics, and stakeholder engagement.
+ Define market and functional requirements through competitive analysis and continuous customer feedback.
+ Partner with Agile product owners and delivery teams to define features, scope initiatives, and guide execution.
+ Support commercialization and go‑to‑market activities, including sales enablement, training, collateral development, and demos.
+ Act as a cross‑functional liaison between technical, operational, and business teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
+ Leverage data analytics, usage metrics, and KPIs to inform decisions and measure post‑launch performance.
+ Ensure all products meet regulatory, compliance, and security standards within the healthcare domain.
+ Deliver clear and compelling product presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

**What you need to have to be considered:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
+ 10+ years of experience in product management or the software/healthcare industry.
+ Required experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems, workflows, and terminology.
+ Demonstrated ability to translate strategic vision into executable product roadmaps.
+ Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams in SaaS or cloud‑based environments.
+ 10+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
+ Strong understanding of AI capabilities within Salesforce and their practical application.
**These will help you stand out:**
+ Experience working in a healthcare clearinghouse environment and familiarity with its business processes.
+ Strong presentation, storytelling, and executive‑level communication skills.
+ Data‑driven decision‑making mindset and comfort managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
+ Excellent collaboration, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
+ Prior experience with user research, usability testing, or voice‑of‑customer initiatives.
**Salary and Other Compensation:**

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $132K-$155K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
