Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Follow approved call scripts during patient interactions.
- Assist customers with application-related questions and promote the use of digital platforms.
- Provide guidance and support for navigating and using digital tools.
- Demonstrate product knowledge to help patients engage more actively in their healthcare journey.
- Maintain strong time management, schedule adherence, and attendance.
- Comply with all regulatory policies, procedures, privacy and security standards, including HIPAA requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a clinical or healthcare environment
- Associate’s degree (preferred)
