Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Follow approved call scripts during patient interactions.
  • Assist customers with application-related questions and promote the use of digital platforms.
  • Provide guidance and support for navigating and using digital tools.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge to help patients engage more actively in their healthcare journey.
  • Maintain strong time management, schedule adherence, and attendance.
  • Comply with all regulatory policies, procedures, privacy and security standards, including HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a clinical or healthcare environment
  • Associate’s degree (preferred)
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats.
