<p>Senior Manager - Compensation </p><p><br/></p><p>Overview:<br/><br/> Job Summary:<br/><br/> Th e Sr Manager, Compensation will manage the regional Comp team and lead the team in end-to-end Compensation support for India and Philippines and will d rive the implementation and administration of regional compensation program projects .<br/><br/> This role i s the regional lead and will be a key escalation point for all compensation matters India/PHP region .<br/><br/> The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and combin e project management expertise with technical subject matter expertise and strong analytical skills is strongly preferred.<br/><br/> This role will encompass navigating, ov ersee ing , and facilitat ing projects , and establishing new processes and programs, while navigating ambiguity .<br/><br/> Primary Duties and Responsibilities:<br/><br/> Program Leadership & Project Management:<br/><br/>- Program Ownership & Administration: In partnership with the global lead, oversee and manage the life cycle of the regional merit increase and bonus payout processes ensuring requirements, communications, training, salary planning, and other post-cycle activities are executed with excellence.<br/><br/> Project Management:<br/><br/>- Lead and manage regional projects across cross functional teams, focusing on continuous improvement in processes and tools for efficiency, effectiveness, and quality .<br/><br/>- In partnership with the global lead, oversee the administration of annual programs, including data management, reports, bonus templates and calculations, and related employee communications.<br/><br/> Consultative Operations, Support & Strategy Alignment:<br/><br/>- Continue building our regional Compensation COE and expanding services across the region.<br/><br/>- Assist in identifying and developing compensation analytics and models to inform decision-making.<br/><br/> Integration Support: </p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead India and PHP merger discovery and integration efforts and lead portions of Comp workstream related to business changes, including supporting the harmonization of Job Architecture s (JA).<br/><br/> Consultative Partnership: </p><p><br/></p><p>- Work with the Director, Compensation and business leadership to address business needs with a balanced approach using the Compensation philosophy, market data, and business conditions to present creative solutions.<br/><br/> Day-to-day Compensation: </p><p><br/></p><p>- Serve as e scalation point ; responsible for ensuring consultative support across HealthEdge in areas including day-to-day compensation evaluation, role leveling , market analysis/benchmarking, and communication.<br/><br/> Offer & Retention Guidance: </p><p><br/></p><p>- Provide expert guidance and consultation on offers, retention strategies, and counter-offers for critical talent.<br/><br/> Process Improvement: </p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with stakeholders/partners/team members to continually improve compensation processes and tools with focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.<br/><br/> Training & Market Expertise:<br/><br/>- Market Trends: Identify emerging market trends and best practices and apply to HealthEdge practices and programs.<br/><br/>- Training/ Coaching: Coach the People team to ensure they are up-to-date on compensation trends and compensation subject matter knowledge.<br/><br/> Qualifications:<br/><br/>- Experience: 10 + years of progressive experience in Compensation, including managing a remote team.<br/><br/>- Experience in a global or multi-regional role preferred.<br/><br/>- Experience in a high -growth technology or global organization is highly desirable.<br/><br/>- Prior experience with merger integration preferred.<br/><br/> Technical Experience: </p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven expertise in HRIS platforms, managing and administering compensation planning .<br/><br/>- Experience with Workday, UKG, Better Comp, and compensation planning software, strongly preferred.<br/><br/>- Excellent MS Excel skills required.<br/><br/>- Surveys: Familiar with Radford and Mercer Comptryx , as well as Radford job architecture, p referred.<br/><br/>- Global Acumen: Solid understanding of compensation principle , practices, and compliance requirements in India required , Philippines would be a plus .<br/><br/>- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or a related field.<br/><br/> Desired Skill:<br/><br/>- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with ability to shift priorities and be comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving situations.<br/><br/>- Strong organizational skills, project management experience, time management skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to maintain confidential information and ability to work well in a team environment.<br/><br/>- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization including presenting information.<br/><br/>- Collaborative, client focused approach, ability to work with a team and cross functionally.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical skills.<br/><br/>- Self-motivated individual with demonstrated ability to take initiative.<br/><br/>- Ability to hold a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and timelines for completion of projects.<br/><br/>- General overall knowledge and experience within HR with demonstrated ability to apply technical solutions to solve business problems in an effective manner, preferred.<br/><br/> Job Requirements:<br/><br/>- Geographic Responsibility: India/ Philippines ;
