Hearing Resource Base - Support Needed

We are seeking a skilled and committed ALN Teaching Assistant to join the Hearing Resource Base in a welcoming primary school in Penarth. You will support Deaf and hearing-impaired pupils to access learning, communication and school life using British Sign Language (BSL) .

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting pupils using BSL in class and small groups

• Helping pupils access the curriculum and develop communication skills

• Supporting Individual Development Plans (IDPs)

• Promoting independence, confidence and wellbeing

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds BSL Level 2 or above (essential)

• Has experience working with Deaf or hearing-impaired child...
