Tech USA is currently seeking an experienced Sitework Superintendent with a local, turn-key sitework contractor.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Responsible for organizing and leading pipe foreman and working with project team to build a safe, high quality, profitable project.
-Lead pipe crews from top to bottom. Oversee 4-6 pipe foreman/crews, as well as several grading crews.
-Sets, communicates, and enforces production goals and schedules with the crews.
-Leads the development of the project schedule with the Project Manager and ensures the team is executing to the plan.
-Implements effective cost controls over labor, material, equipment, and other related expenditures for self-performed construction.
