Heavy-Duty Brake Caliper Production Technician

We are looking for a motivated person to join our remanufacturing production line for heavy-duty air disc brake calipers.

This is a hands-on production role focused on dismantling, cleaning, surface preparation, and finishing. It is an excellent opportunity to learn the trade and grow into a fully qualified heavy-duty brake caliper technician.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle heavy-duty air disc brake calipers
• Operate washing machines and shot blasting equipment
• Prepare and operate powder coating processes
• Inspect parts for wear or damage before finishing
• Sort, stage, and organize components for the next production step
