GPAC is partnered with a heavy equipment dealership looking for a General Manager with a strong background in operations, sales, and service management. The right candidate will bring a balance of leadership, mechanical understanding, and business acumen to oversee daily operations and long-term strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of experience in dealer recruitment, sales, or network development within the heavy equipment industry as a Branch or General Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Excellent financial management.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, build consensus, and influence decision-making at all levels.
