The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment and machinery to support the construction, maintenance, and operations of our facilities and projects. This role requires a strong foundation in equipment operation, a keen eye for safety, and a commitment to meeting deadlines and project goals.
Duties
Excavations/trenching inside closed landfills for landfill gas collections and leachate systems is a plus.
Must be flexible and willing to work overtime as needed.
· Ensures equipment is in good working order, at all times.
· Must possess skill, coordination, and awareness to operate heavy equipment in a safe manner with precision and efficiency.
· Able to slope or bench an excavation.
· Able to read and understand cut and fill stakes in order to align and position equipment...
