We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Professional to manage and oversee the maintenance of Commercial Vehicles, Trucks, and Heavy Vehicles. The role involves ensuring high fleet availability, preventive maintenance, breakdown control, and cost optimization.

• Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance for trucks, tippers, trailers, and heavy vehicles

• Ensure maximum fleet uptime and availability

• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic issues

• Manage workshop operations, tools, spares & manpower

• Monitor AMC, warranty claims & vendor coordination

• Maintain maintenance records, job cards & reports

• Control maintenance costs and reduce downtime

• Ensure safety standards and compliance with transport regulations

• Train mechanics and technicians on new systems & best practices

• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension & hydraulics

• Familiar with OEMs like Big Trucks / After Sales Service of Big Trucks Used in Waste Handlings , etc.
