I recently had a WordPress website built for It is a subscription based website where I post daily sports picks and analysis. Subscribers can choose Daily, Weekly, or Monthly subscriptions. After about 6 weeks since going live I have around 30 active subscriptions daily. Subscriptions, for a Day pass for example, should end at 11:59pm EST each day, requiring a new Day pass for the next day. Currently the issue is that subscribers are signing up for a Day pass and then getting a notification saying their subscription is expired, and others have mentioned that their subscription is ending at 7pm EST not 11:59 EST as it should. The developer who did a great job building the website, for some reason has yet to fix this issue after saying that he had.
