Insight Global is seeking a Level 1/Level 2 Helpdesk Analyst to support a retail client on a 1–2 year contract. This role will focus on imaging and deploying hundreds of laptops for internal users as part of a Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience and be comfortable collaborating with stakeholders to coordinate laptop replacements and provide basic end-user support. This position is 100% on-site, five days a week in Coppell, TX, with minimal travel to Plano, TX as needed.
