Your challenges and objectives:

  • Learn about our help desk processes
  • Acquire a comprehensive knowledge about devices and hardware used at Avature and how they should be configured
  • Gain autonomy and ownership when handling help desk issues
  • Be customer service oriented towards internal clients
  • Your day-to-day activities:

  • Interact with fellow employees to troubleshoot their issues
  • Prioritize requests for technical assistance
  • Install, configure and upgrade desktop hardware and peripherals
