Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients.

  • Promptly respond to customer enquiries via email, phone or ticketing system;
  • Provide first-level technical or product support to users, escalating issues when necessary;
  • Log and track all customer interactions in the helpdesk/ticketing system;
  • FOLLOW UP TO ENSURE CUSTOMER ISSUES ARE RESOLVED SATISFACTORILY AND WITHIN SERVICE-LEVEL TIMELINES;
