GC&E Systems Group is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist. The candidate for this position will work within our team to support our government Information Technology (IT) program with our Fort Novosel client. As Desktop Support you will work to ensure successful operations of the Information and Infrastructure systems for Fort Novosel.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Function
Perform tasks related to the implementation, administration, and support of MS Windows (Win) OS, including installation, software distribution, and implementation on client systems supported by the NEC.
Provide troubleshooting support for software and hardware.
Provide support for the administration of remote access systems.
Provide troubleshooting and installation support for Nortel and Cisco VOIP desktop instruments.
