- 1 to 2 years of experience working in technical support or similar role. - Experience working with a ticketing system. - Experience with Office 365. - Customer service skills and experience. - Proficiency in English (Verbal and Written). - Ability to communicate and troubleshoot effectively. - Pragmatic knowledge of common operating systems, databases, networks, and other information technologies. - Familiarity with ITIL or related frameworks.
