  • Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware and software.
  • Log incidents and service requests accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved cases to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation and incident handling.
