Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support via phone, chat, or email to end users.
Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware and software.
Log incidents and service requests accurately in the ticketing system.
Escalate unresolved cases to higher-level support when necessary.
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation and incident handling.
Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up.
Requirements
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Experience in contact center or customer service environment...
