In this IT Support Specialist role, you will provide hands-on support to ensure smooth daily IT operations. This is a temporary position that strengthens the IT team during a period of increased demand.
The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk and possesses knowledge of Windows and macOS environments. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune endpoint management is also required.
