Job Title: Mandarin-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Help Desk)
Shift: Rotational
Key Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written)
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service / support roles
- Experience in voice and non-voice support is a plus
- Strong communication and soft skills
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work on rotating shifts / graveyard shifts
Role Responsibilities
- Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve user technical problems
- Escalate issues to appropriate technical teams when required
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Follow proper escalation and ticketing procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
