Job Title: Mandarin-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Help Desk)

Shift: Rotational

Key Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service / support roles
  • Experience in voice and non-voice support is a plus
  • Strong communication and soft skills
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts / graveyard shifts

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user technical problems
  • Escalate issues to appropriate technical teams when required
  • Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
  • Follow proper escalation and ticketing procedures
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
