Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical incident support, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution, while offering clear guidance to end users
- Manage users, contacts, licenses, groups, and basic policies in Active Directory / Entra ID
- Support LAN, WLAN, and VPN infrastructures, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP troubleshooting , and printing systems
- Perform operational onboarding and offboarding tasks, including device setup and configuration
- Actively contribute to technical documentation
