Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical incident support, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution, while offering clear guidance to end users
  • Manage users, contacts, licenses, groups, and basic policies in
    Active Directory / Entra ID
  • Support
    LAN, WLAN, and VPN
    infrastructures, including
    DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP troubleshooting
    , and printing systems
  • Perform operational
    onboarding and offboarding
    tasks, including device setup and configuration
  • Actively contribute to
    technical documentation
    and continuous improvement of internal processes
