Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical expertise and customer-focused support across enterprise systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Microsoft Windows platforms (Windows 7, Windows 10) across desktop and server environments.

  • Troubleshoot and maintain networking infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and corporate enterprise domain systems.

  • Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory, Outlook/Messaging, and Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Assist with Zoom conferencing and collaboration tools.

  • Perform troubleshooting for mobile operating systems (iOS/Android).
