Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical expertise and customer-focused support across enterprise systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for Microsoft Windows platforms (Windows 7, Windows 10) across desktop and server environments.
Troubleshoot and maintain networking infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and corporate enterprise domain systems.
Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory, Outlook/Messaging, and Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Assist with Zoom conferencing and collaboration tools.
Perform troubleshooting for mobile operating systems (iOS/Android).
