Day to Day: The Help Desk Representative will be located in Ann Arbor, MI, providing effective, live, Level 1 support for In-Store Operators. The day consists of taking roughly 15-30 calls inbound calls a day regarding a number of technical related issues happening at the store/franchise level.
This representative will remotely diagnose and resolve routine problems including proprietary software, as well as hardware and peripheral equipment (touch screens, phones, printers, etc.) for a multitude of retail stores across the world. They will follow up with customers to ensure calls are resolved and closed promptly. This team handles the Tech 911 call for all domestic and international issues for stores. They are a 24/7 call center that utilizes the chat/email/call in functions. They support the clients, printers, digital signage and basic network troubleshooting as well as multiple other areas of the business that keep the company up and running efficiently.
