Location: Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • 6 months – 1 year of experience as Tier 1. Basic troubleshooting experience.
  • Understand Microsoft Office 360, Windows 11, Adobe, Acrobat, SaaS base tools, working knowledge of mobile devices and/or support.
  • Customer service skills, pleasant, customer focus, driven by helping people.
  • Critical thinking and good communication skills.
