Responsibilities and Qualifications
- 6 months – 1 year of experience as Tier 1. Basic troubleshooting experience.
- Understand Microsoft Office 360, Windows 11, Adobe, Acrobat, SaaS base tools, working knowledge of mobile devices and/or support.
- Customer service skills, pleasant, customer focus, driven by helping people.
- Critical thinking and good communication skills.
