Main Responsibilities

  • Rapid response and resolution of desktop and cabling-related technical problems.
  • In-depth research and identification of software and hardware solutions.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues including account setup, network configuration, servers, telephone systems with efficiency.
  • Provision of accurate tech solutions from internal databases or external resources for optimal results.
  • Meticulous logging of all issued encountered for future reference.
