Main Responsibilities
- Rapid response and resolution of desktop and cabling-related technical problems.
- In-depth research and identification of software and hardware solutions.
- Troubleshooting technical issues including account setup, network configuration, servers, telephone systems with efficiency.
- Provision of accurate tech solutions from internal databases or external resources for optimal results.
- Meticulous logging of all issued encountered for future reference.
