About The Role
Under the general direction of the administrator and in compliance with established policies, procedures, and practices, provides help desk support and performs a variety of tasks in support of Ingham ISD, REMC 13, and constituent districts Provides help desk support and technical assistance to internal staff, constituent district personnel, and others including but not limited to support of both walkup and remote users (via phone/network/internet) on access issues (logins and passwords), software assistance and troubleshooting, hardware assistance and diagnostics, etc.
