We are looking for a Help Desk Technician with:


• Provide 1st line IT support to end-users via phone, email, chat and ticketing system, ensuring high customer satisfaction and SLA compliance;

• Perform incident diagnosis and troubleshooting for hardware, software, Windows/M365, network connectivity, printers and VPN issues;

• Log, categorize and prioritize tickets, delivering clear documentation and timely resolution or escalation to L2/L3 teams when required;

• Support user account management (AD/Azure AD), password resets, access requests and basic onboarding/offboarding activities;
