**Position Summary**
The IT Help Desk Technician provides first-level desktop and operating system support to users across the organization. This role serves as the initial point of contact for IT-related issues and consistently applies service desk processes while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically capable, and passionate about helping others through technology.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the initial point of contact for all desktop and PC support issues.
+ Document customer inquiries through clear communication with end users and take appropriate action to resolve technical problems.
+ Respond to IT system hardware issues by gathering and documenting relevant information and escalating issues to appropriate IT team members as needed.
