You'll join out IT team working 5 days a week at our Phoenix office, supporting our user community by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. This role is hands on, customer facing, and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, in person environment. You would be the go to tech hero for our organization, making a real impact by resolving issues, improving user productivity, and helping shape our internal tech culture. You'll gain experience across a broad range of technologies, work alongside senior IT staff, and develop valuable skills in a stable, growing company that encourages certification and advancement. Being on site means you'll build strong relationships, get immediate feedback, and be highly visible to leadership.
