Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field is required, and one year of experience in Desktop Support is highly preferred for this role. CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of ticketing systems and the ability to write clear and thorough technical documentation. Familiarity with Microsoft Office365, configuration and support of Microsoft Windows 10, desktop/laptop, software and hardware and ITIL is a plus.
